Access at One Stop Shop

One Stop Shop at Wycliffe House has been conceived with the intention of allowing the maximum accessibility for all visitors whether able bodied or disabled. Wycliffe House is a single storey building with wide corridors and doors to allow wheelchair users access to all parts of the building. There is a shallow ramp at the main entrance and the entrance doors are automatic. The building is signed throughout with notices in Braille.

Disabled Toilet facilities are available and a Hearing Loop system is installed.

For legal and insurance reasons Wycliffe House One Stop Shop is unable to provide mobility aids or wheelchairs for the use of visitors.

One Stop Shop is working towards full access for all those with disabilities. If you feel that our facilities fail to meet your needs for accessibility, we hope you will discuss this with us in order that we can take steps towards greater accessibility.
